What Our Work Together Can Look Like

Weekly Therapy

If you’re managing day-to-day stress, anxiety, or specific challenges, weekly sessions offer space to reflect, reset, and realign. We’ll clarify what’s getting in the way and build tools to move through it, together.

Intensive Support

If life feels particularly overwhelming or your ability to function is deeply impacted, we may meet more frequently for deeper, more focused support. We’ll start with what’s most urgent, track progress, and build a structure that helps you feel steady again. Family check-ins can also be part of this process when helpful.

Therapeutic Approaches I Draw From

Dialectical
Behavior Therapy
(DBT)

DBT helps people manage overwhelming emotions by building a life aligned with what matters most. We’ll focus on mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation and relationships. You’ll also have access to brief phone or text coaching, so you can apply your skills in real time, when they’re needed most.

Exposure Therapy
(ERP + Prolonged Exposure)

For those facing anxiety, panic, OCD, or trauma, exposure therapy helps break the cycle of avoidance. Step by step, we’ll test your fears, retrain the brain, and create space for freedom. You’ll learn that thoughts aren’t always facts and you’re more capable than your mind might lead you to believe.

Behavioral
Activation

When depression makes everything feel heavy or unmanageable, behavioral activation helps restore movement and meaning. We’ll identify what energizes you and reintroduce those actions into your routine. With structure, support, and reflection, you’ll begin to reconnect with life, purpose, and with yourself.

Support between sessions

Staying with you

Life doesn’t pause between appointments, and neither does support. As part of our work together, you’ll have access to brief real-time coaching via phone or text, giving you a lifeline when challenges arise, so when a tough moment hits, you’re not alone. This extra layer of support helps you practice your skills in real time, deepen your learning, and build confidence faster.

Emotion Regulation (understanding and managing emotional waves)

Interpersonal Effectiveness (improving communication and boundaries)

Mindfulness (staying present and making thoughtful choices)
